a) Personal data
Personal data is information that can reveal or disclose the identity of the customer. ADAC Travel & Event Mittelrhein GmbH adheres to the principle of data avoidance. As far as possible, personal data is not collected.

b) Handling
Personal data is used exclusively to establish the contract, formulate its content, carry out or process the contractual relationship. They will not be passed on to third parties. Personal data will only be used to the extent necessary, in particular to manage the customer account, to fulfil and process the order or insofar as ADAC Travel & Event Mittelrhein GmbH is obliged to do so by law or court order or, if necessary, to prevent misuse contrary to the General Terms and Conditions of Business in a lawful manner.

c) Opposition
The customer can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. Excluded from this are such data, which must be held ready for purposes of the contract execution.

d) Right to information
On request, ADAC Travel & Event Mittelrhein GmbH will inform the customer about the data stored on his person. This is basically free of charge.

e) Right to correction, deletion and blocking of data
The customer has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected, deleted or blocked at any time upon request. The exercise of the right is free of charge and can be applied for simply by filling out the contact form. 

§ 2 Usage and registration data

a) Usage data
When you visit the website, general technical information is collected. This includes the user's IP address, time, duration of visit, browser type and, if applicable, the originating page. This usage data is registered in a log file and can be used and stored for the purpose of statistical analysis of this website. This usage data is not linked to the user's personal data.

b) Registration data
For full use of the website's functions, registration of the user is required. These registration data are only collected by entering the customer's data and are only used for the specified purpose or in order to prevent misuse contrary to the general terms and conditions of business in a lawful manner.

All data on are protected by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and dissemination. However, ADAC Travel & Event Mittelrhein GmbH assumes no liability for the destruction and damage of data.

b) Sessions and cookies
For the website, ADAC Travel & Event Mittelrhein GmbH may use cookies or server-side sessions in which data can be stored. Cookies are also used, for example, for personal greeting with the member name. Cookies are files that are stored by a website on the customer's hard drive in order to be able to recognize this computer automatically during the next visit to the website and thus adapt the use of the website to the customer's needs. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") and collects and stores data via this web analytics service from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. The user profiles created in this way serve to evaluate visitor behaviour in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website in line with demand. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if you enable IP anonymization on this website, your Google IP address will be previously truncated by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the EEA Agreement. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. ADAC Travel & Event Mittelrhein GmbH has its own social media pages at the third-party providers accessible via links from this website. By using the links, you access the websites of third party providers (Facebook and Google+). As soon as you visit the third party website, you are responsible for the third party provider, so that their data protection declaration or their statements on the use of data are also valid. General terms and conditions

The entrance to the ADAC SimRacing Expo is free. The exhibition area can be entered without restrictions during the opening hours. Admission to the ring°arena and the eSports events taking place there is possible against the voluntary payment of an entrance fee. The spectators will then receive a ticket on site to enter the ring°arena.

This ticket is the property of ADAC Mittelrhein e.V. and entitles only one person at a time to enter and multiple use or transfer of the ticket is expressly prohibited. Any infringements will be punished with the withdrawal of the ticket.

The owner of this ticket submits to the regulations of the "Spectator Regulations at the Nürburgring". The instructions of the stewards must be followed. The ticket must be shown on request.

The organizer (ADAC Mittelrhein e.V.) is liable without any limitation for all damages to life, body and health caused culpably during the event. The same applies in all cases of mandatory legal liability, in particular in accordance with the Product Liability Act, as well as in the event of assumption of a guarantee. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations based on simple negligence and not covered by the aforementioned provision, the organizer's liability shall be limited to compensation for the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Essential contractual obligations include those whose fulfilment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the Ticket Holder may regularly rely. Otherwise, the Organiser shall only be liable in the event of grossly negligent or intentional breach of contractual obligations. Insofar as the liability of the Organiser is excluded or limited in accordance with the above provisions, this shall also apply to the liability of its legal representatives and vicarious agents.

Any form of promotional activities requires the consent of the organizer. For each case of culpable infringement, the Ticket Holder undertakes to pay an appropriate contractual penalty to the Organiser, the amount of which shall be determined by the Organiser at its reasonable discretion and which may be reviewed by the competent court in the event of a dispute. 

During the entire event, image and/or sound recordings, such as radio or television recordings, will be carried out by authorised persons. By accepting this ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or verbally recorded and that the recordings may be reproduced, disseminated and publicly reproduced without any claim to remuneration, also in the sense of further marketing, unless justified interests conflict with this. There is no entitlement to a specific seat or standing place. The barcode of this ticket must be read when entering or leaving the spectator area or infield.
